Worst company and it is black listed company now. They wont give salary at all and play with employees career. Never join this company if you are serious about your goal and career. By name it is IT/Software company but the work there is not at all related to IT/Software. The worst thing is the new management CEO spend his total time in misbehaving with ladies and call himself grandson of great legend Sir Radhakrishna.

its not at all a company.careless management people.mo perdiems if you go onsite.no salary from last 6 months, if you have go and ask salary,not even respectfully they talk to employee.new managment took over ,from past 3 months also again no salary.so it doesnt matter who takes whether its old management or new management ,no salary for employees.There is new managing director,who is the worst ever,doesnt have the decency to speak in gud manners,he will talk with employees as their servants in home.he misbehaves too much.they have deducted pf from last 2 years from our salary.but not even a single rupee has been credited to our pf accounts.they are cheaters.they are living with the employees money.whoever has left the company atleast there is due of more than 4 lakhs.

As a freasher you can learn the technology well. And you will get the opportunity according to your performance.

Salary and benefits are not credited on time. Sometimes it has delayed upto 3-4months. When you are onsite company promises perduem but you will never get it. And you are lucky if you get it afterall. No transparency how the review and increments work. No proper communication between management and employees. The management as changed lately due to change in ownership. But the new management by the looks and their work too are on the same path.

By working under this organization it will be much gratefull that we will get to know about technical skills from the scrap. If you have the ability then you can make sure that within 2 years your can learn much more than other organization.

...like in the sense except learning everything is improper in this organization. Like salary delay every month. We are getting our salary after 2-3 month. This company lagged our salary for 2-3 months. As i am an employee who is working at onsite project and according to company rule i should get my perdiem(extra allowance). But i nvr got my perdiem in past 2 yrs. And about PF,my pf got deducted from my salary every month but they have not gave us our UAN number till now aftr 2+ yrs of complition. No single month PF has been deposited. So I feel like it is a waste of time and knowledge to spend here.

...ccount and PF remittance to government department.but ur pf will get deducted. No salary on time always u vl get delayed by minimum one month and if ur onsite/ client site forget about allowances and start eating ur savings. Only dramatic and pathetic management. And many more points to say call me I VL explain to you. Now it worst and worst company to join.

It was very good in initially but later on down fall started after June 2016 and now it worst after taken over by new management.
