Working with Nunhems was great experience, during Covid 19 staff were allowed to work from home and there was no salary cut despite other companies were struggling.

Carrier growth is very slow after some time with company. They have flat structure thus Limited growth.

It's a good Cultures company. Provides a all facilities to employees. Good salary, Health insurance and other expenses. It's useful for improving skills and personal development. Increase a Agricultural Knowledge. Directly connect with farmers and work on field.

lack of proper training and support from reporting manager, i have joined as procurement executive, within very short time, i was given huge targets, without giving complete training, i was asked to leave the job and find a new one, every day in briefing, if i don't achieve the targets.manager was very rude, i have joined this company with great respect and high expectations. i was able to impress all my colleagues, expect my manager, he suspected me a lot and always wanted me to quit the job.its very disappointing , its very unfortunate that i am not a part of such a great organization.feeling very sad to miss nunhems.

Castism is the main problem, because of these the talent gone down & sycophancy flourishes. Looking at this, hard work and skill start dying.
