The top level management is biggest blunder. Numerator has defined compensation ratios which is extremely bottomed for all level.
For eg: Any employee hired in the team irrespective of their experience there is a force fitment 3 lac -4.5 lac.
If you are senior most employees of the company and have been with numerator since more than 3 years and your pay scale is above 4.5lac you will be on firing lines. Usually, organisations has HR for defending employees but here HR is for firing cause.
No sponsorship or provide support to learn from offline classes/certificate but they asked to upgrade your skill even if you are working in rotation shifts and not get time for skill upgrade even if you want on your personal expense.
Work life , extra perks, don’t forces their employees to work more and more , provides OT if there is some extra works
Provides Wfm , hybrid you can literally work from anywhere you want
Salary is less, you have to wait for IJPs , promotions are bit tough

I really loved working for Numerator. They provide great flexibility in terms of work life balance. Management is good. They genuinely care for their employees. Leaves and other benefits are good.
Numerator culture is very good. But it has some bad peoples at management side but company is handling it very well by taking strict actions. Policies are also very good and easy to understand. In this pandemic they are hiring so there is obviously a job security for people working here.
