Very good work atmosphere, people are always ready to help in anyway possible

To much work for what we get paid, there is a 3 month notice period where u have to wait to leave the job and they don't give u full salary every month for 3months they give it while your leaving, this info is not mentioned anywhere they just do it

1) Company suffering currently from fund crunch and hence surviving here is difficult 2)Very bad exit policy

Young crowd, so energetic place

Dislikes

1. No clear vision; changes over time 2. Takes too long for the product to market. 3. No training/skill development programs in place. They just expect you to learn new things without having a supporting infrastructure. 4. Don't hire the necessary ppl in time... expect 1 person to do 6 ppl's jobs! 5. No performance review or promotion after first year 6. Lately, they asked employees to either quit or take a 50% salary cut!!!
