Worst company, asks 2 year bond signed from fresher's, only 10-15 percent salary hike Company takes either RS 1 lakh job security deposit from fresher's or takes original documents so fresher does not leaves company Even for experienced people's, company keeps notice period of minimum 3 months. Company's CEO is an ignorant person, does not leads company to good feature, company is doomed because of him Company is currently not getting new employees due to low staff and low packages being offered

nucsoft offers freashers initial opportunities, but ungair terminates and exploitative policies make it a stressful workplace

Dislikes

1) freashers are blamed and fired without valid reasons. 2) used as an excuse to justify dismissals 3) pending payments are not released after termination 4) original documents are with held, blocking career growth 5) employees are asked to pay after being fired 6) HR ignores cpncerns and refuses to provide proof 7) inexperoence is used against employees instead of supporting growth 8) Unethical practices create financial and emotional burdens

...ies also having open door policy. No deferments inspite of slag in IT industry. On time salary and good appraisal timely. Consistent track record in the span of 29 yrs while top MNCs are unable to managed their shows.

Extremely low salary, Highly religiously biased Team Lead, No one would care if you are literally Sexually Harrassed by the client, would not hesitate to fire you after which you would be asked to pay certain lakhs failing which they would not return your original documents. Hope no one gets trapped in such a low-grade organisation that views employees as a use and throw material.

Very bad management they keep documents even if u want to leave salary low sending employees to client location far from home From boisar to goregaon 2hrs 30 mins

Don't join, if you join this company then your life is hell. Strictly Timing. If you sign bond, 3 month training + 2 year bond +2 month Notice period total 29 Month you will work from only 12K salary. HR team also not supportive they just shouting on every employee. Salary not increment.
