Third Class Company. They provides a huge work load and their interview process was terrible. It's just terrible, they even rejected my friend for fake reasons. I am a living example, work somewhere else but not in this company .

Everyone till the CEO is easily reachable and a culture of constant feedback and 1o1s is encouraged. 3. You get to work on a tech stack and help solve issues whose impact is visible. 4. Unlimited leaves policy

Is there anything to like about a company where there is no job security

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Partial manager, no equality, they prefer growth and appreciation of their friends colleagues work even when they are not good and demotivate others who are not their friend, who have their own capabilities.
