During lockdown 2020(21 days) management paid full salary to each individual, we were very happy that our MD is very kind hearted but can you believe that from past 13 months they have revised salary structure in minus by 8%, 12%, 15% & happily deducting salary of each person. Kya ye wohi baat nahi hai ki 4 din Khana khila kar pure saal khun chusa. I resigned from factory in March 2021 & today is 8 may 2021 , still waiting for my salary & full n final settlement. So if you are free, no liability on you come & join Nuberg to experience the worst case scenario of your life otherwise as you wish. Likhna bahut tha par apni zindagi ke 3 saal already yaha Naukri karke barbaad kar chuka hu Aur nahi.

Nuberg is good for learning and skill development if you are a fresher.

...rible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.

I am learning a lot. Learning how to work with different teams with coordination in challengeing situations. Dealing with customer and vendors both. Management support is good.

You have to be a self learner with less support. Salary is a bit less than your responsibilities. Work life balance is missing.

Timing is good and off on two Saturdays

No payment on time, No variable pay being made to employee even it is promised. Ask employee to leave without any complain, misbehaviour. Even people perform well and gets appreciation are asked to immediate leave.

One of worst company to work. There is no timing of salary .Management everytime blame hard working employees to hide their fault . They will give only a fraction of variable salary part related to performance in CTC. There is no work life balance.No timing of salary , expect to get previous month salary at mid or end of next month .So look for this company only you donot have any option.
