Even after my resignation and notice period completed on july 29, the company management & account department not provided my salary of july 2020 and full and final amount to me as on date 4 th december 2020 . ALso HR manager told me after many follow up taken that we are face financial problem in our company . Really The third class management of this company . I personally suggest not to join this company because their work culture is just like lala company .

1) payment delayed or payment of salary release after 24 or 28 days or accept after 25 days . 2) lots of problem like poor work culture , Resources. 3) infrastructure is not good . 4) safety not provided . 5) no job safety 6) family member culture . Lots of issue not to explain . After my resignation notice period is over and i left that company till date they do not provide me my full and final payment ( of two months June 2020& july 2020 )as on date 4 th december 2020. After too much follows up. Third class company

Nuberg is good for learning and skill development if you are a fresher.

...rible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.

I am learning a lot. Learning how to work with different teams with coordination in challengeing situations. Dealing with customer and vendors both. Management support is good.

Dislikes

You have to be a self learner with less support. Salary is a bit less than your responsibilities. Work life balance is missing.

Timing is good and off on two Saturdays

No payment on time, No variable pay being made to employee even it is promised. Ask employee to leave without any complain, misbehaviour. Even people perform well and gets appreciation are asked to immediate leave.

One of worst company to work. There is no timing of salary .Management everytime blame hard working employees to hide their fault . They will give only a fraction of variable salary part related to performance in CTC. There is no work life balance.No timing of salary , expect to get previous month salary at mid or end of next month .So look for this company only you donot have any option.
