You will never get your salary on time. MD can call you anytime and abusing you. No professionalism exist in the office Everyone is lier from manger to hr.

...rible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.

I am learning a lot. Learning how to work with different teams with coordination in challengeing situations. Dealing with customer and vendors both. Management support is good.

Dislikes

You have to be a self learner with less support. Salary is a bit less than your responsibilities. Work life balance is missing.
