Don't trust the words of any Managers and Team leader, directly discussed with the HR and take the confirmation for the every words on mail. Clear everything about leaves, holidays allowances if you are working, Shift-timing. Also Make sure the client location and if there are any other rules for the shift and any other thing clear that. You should raise the concern if you have any issue, HR not taking care after the induction and take approval for every allowances as early possible.

Good Company and it takes care of its employees. Salary on time and no issue of visist claims.

Local management was very poor. They treat like they are God and employee(engineer) is link slave. No one listen to employee(engineer).

I have been joined NTT as Technical lead on pretty good salary package , I had three appraisals in NTT and due to my work got very good appraisals in all three years.

Nothing to dislike . Little bit politics but that can be managed.

...y depends on the teams and manager. If you are lucky enough to get good manager. Then, you will get recognition and well compensation also.

As a service based organisation, you wouldn't get an opportunity to work in software development. If you are working in india. All the development work handled outside of Asia.

Management never take feedback from Engineers(client side) and always believes on TL, Managers word whether it is correct or wrong.
