Work culture is good, work life balance, lot of projects and you will never be in the bench. Nice co workers and managers.

Salary hike is not very good and by some technicality they might reduce your chance for appraisal.

Culture of the company is good. Colleagues & managers are supportive & helpful. They don't micromanage. Sales people have to come to the office all 5 days a week, but Hybrid working is allowed if you have a genuine reason.

Dislikes

For Sales people, fixed component of salary is somewhat less, keeping in view of industry standards.

There's no salary issue always on time even sometime before.

Dislikes

For what you are selected doesn't matter. You have to work whatever they need & sometimes overtime also, Without any pay, Saturday is working always.

You will get the salary on time. you will receive the all the final documents definitely.

Don't trust the words of any Managers and Team leader, directly discussed with the HR and take the confirmation for the every words on mail. Clear everything about leaves, holidays allowances if you are working, Shift-timing. Also Make sure the client location and if there are any other rules for the shift and any other thing clear that. You should raise the concern if you have any issue, HR not taking care after the induction and take approval for every allowances as early possible.
