...are offering the good CTC and don't expect yearly appraisal more than 2 to 4 %. Some time you will not get your expected monthly salary so many people faced this issue and you need to follow up with HR and they will respond in 3 to 4 weeks this is normal response time from HR. No onshore opportunity or very less. You will get frustrate here if you worked in US based MNC.

Cuts down on salary, lay offs just because they cannot afford good employees. The management is incompetent. There is no job satisfaction will make you work 12 hours a day. And after you leave the company they will not share your payslips, ctc breakdown and other required documents with you.

Probably due to the current job market, but sometimes management are not compensating their employees enough, especially the long term employees. Certain market correction strategy is required.
