There is No Pros about it. The only good thing is you will get salary on time.

Cons: 1. No KT provided to new employees. If you try to learn it on your own and you get stuck at some place, none of your collegues will help you. 2. No help from Management and Leads. 3. No work Life Balance. They say it's 10 hours shift in this company. But you will have to work everyday for minimum 12 hours and sometimes it gets extended till 14-15 hours. 4. No policy of on call and weekend allowance. Had to raise this concern multiple times in front of manager. 5. Worst politics you will ever see. Each and Everyone is busy in just pleasing the management and are ready to escalate you in front of them on your slightest mistake.

Cuts down on salary, lay offs just because they cannot afford good employees. The management is incompetent. There is no job satisfaction will make you work 12 hours a day. And after you leave the company they will not share your payslips, ctc breakdown and other required documents with you.
