No variable pay. The Bonus that is given, however big or small is additional reward and not a part of ctc. Perfection is the way to code at NTT Data. Top notch ethics and code standards.

Hi guys I am a mule developer with 3 years of experience I recently clear tcs and cts interviews like cts 12.5 lpa and tcs 11 lpa current is 8Lpa During bg checks in my epf service history there is 2 companys are present which is when I work parttime as sales in some company and contract for 2 months at another company during those time I didnt get any offer letter exit letter salary is inhand only no bank transfer But these companys are not present anymore the business are closed What should I do they are asking some documents in these companies bcz they are present in epf service history Tcs is already rejected but cts is giving some time
