If u are starting ur career as a fresher in NTT it is very good opportunity to explore your self and work life and personal life we can balance easily. Cooperative management.

Hikes and compensation are less and internal job change also but difficult

...early hike is around 2% promotion would be 5%. Could change based on Leadership. For all employees benefits creation there would be deductions from Employees salary.

Initial package is great, very good opportunity for learning both soft skill as well as core technical skills through various Instructor led trainings.

After working a long period, there should be a salary normalization, at least for Meets expectation / exceeds expectation candidates.

Except package rest everything was good about NTT DATA. After working for 6years it was difficult to leave but it was required then.. I wish to return after few years.

Low Hikes and Lesser pay than other service companies in it's grade.
