Dislikes

Cuts down on salary, lay offs just because they cannot afford good employees. The management is incompetent. There is no job satisfaction will make you work 12 hours a day. And after you leave the company they will not share your payslips, ctc breakdown and other required documents with you.

...early hike is around 2% promotion would be 5%. Could change based on Leadership. For all employees benefits creation there would be deductions from Employees salary.

...ndemic they are firing the employees . I didn't get to see any good part of ntt. Also in one year there was increment of 1k in salary which is below market standard even . Hikes and compensations are really really bad.

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company.
