...d helpful colleagues. Near to Ram Mandir railway station at a walking distance. Salary is competitive. Hybrid work environment. 2 days from office. Night shift allowance Rs 600 / day as of 2023. Training and tools are awesome. Less office politics.

Pathetic work life balance in Network Operations Team. Compulsion of 2 years bond for getting bonus in 2022 was worst decision of the company. They need to increase team size. HR policies are not employee friendly.

...ement really values the employee when they are able to keep the customers happy. Annual compensation is good.

Dislikes

Probably due to the current job market, but sometimes management are not compensating their employees enough, especially the long term employees. Certain market correction strategy is required.

Company is very employee caring and job security is very high. They have excellent digital training cell to enhance technical skill. They pay for technical certifications as well.

Salary Compensation could be better for existing employees.

...ndemic they are firing the employees . I didn't get to see any good part of ntt. Also in one year there was increment of 1k in salary which is below market standard even . Hikes and compensations are really really bad.

Apart from shift timings there was nothing good about the company.

...as not sponsored from the company, where as other small companies do provide. Apart from salary there is no other benifits. No growth opportunity, if a person is in support he would remain there forever. No appraisal, incase if it happens 800 - 1000 rs monthly.
