Life time work from home for my project, work life balance . Got promotion after 2 year. Got good appraisal. I usually only work for 2-3 hours in day. Good company to join

No job security, once your project rampoff HR will give you 2 options 1. Mutual release - you will get 4 months on salary & 1 month extended salary & your remaining leave paid off as per basic pay. 2. Continue with NTT they will keep you for 3 months & try to push in some support or service desk profile or ask you to leave. Everything depends on client , I think every has same thing so no need to worries.

Cuts down on salary, lay offs just because they cannot afford good employees. The management is incompetent. There is no job satisfaction will make you work 12 hours a day. And after you leave the company they will not share your payslips, ctc breakdown and other required documents with you.

No interface from NTT side when you are working with client on time pay salary is very good compare to market scale work life balance Mostly work from home good learning

No yearly hike No variable (only mentioned on offer latter) Force to take interviews of other candidates sometimes 2-3 interviews everyday No growth

...ement really values the employee when they are able to keep the customers happy. Annual compensation is good.

Probably due to the current job market, but sometimes management are not compensating their employees enough, especially the long term employees. Certain market correction strategy is required.

Working for 6 years in this company work life balance is okay

No growth in career wise or no learning for new technologies,Salary hike is too pathetic only who joined laterals will have good offer later no need to expect hike in company.
