NTTDATA is an awesome organization to have ur career Growth. The work culture is phenomenal and good learning opportunities. Though the name of this organization is not as popular as other big competitors in India but one will feel much better in terms of connectivity, exposure and other activities. I would recommend to all my friends who so ever got the opportunity to work with NTTDATA that grab it and u will experience somthjng new and better.

Dislikes

I have overall 1+ year experience in NTT Data. My manager forces us to do overtime and weekends but they didn't paid for that. I won't say all projects are like this. Some of the projects which I know went smoothly with without working overtime and weekends.

Dislikes

Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.

Dislikes

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.

Dislikes

You will be given with good package while joining.But the hike percentages will be poor even for the experienced/skilled employees inside the org.though you receive appreciations,it will be completely unnoticed during appraisals. Managers promise to give you a healthy hike by setting a new objective, but hike will be less than average even after you complete the objective on time.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
