Working with ntt data is good experience, i have learnt how to communicate with higher officials, how to work & support to users if any issues came, like network issues, building of os in desktops & laptops, issues came in desktops, laptops, printers etc. when heavy work is there freely i will work without any pressure.

only compensation of salary is low

Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Dislikes

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

Initial package is great, very good opportunity for learning both soft skill as well as core technical skills through various Instructor led trainings.

After working a long period, there should be a salary normalization, at least for Meets expectation / exceeds expectation candidates.

Learning and work environment is pretty good. However it varies from project to project. If you are lucky, you can work a project where you can learn a lot. Work life balance was mostly good. Management is reachable for concerns and generally provide an update to employees

Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location
