Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.

No interface from NTT side when you are working with client on time pay salary is very good compare to market scale work life balance Mostly work from home good learning

Working for 6 years in this company work life balance is okay

Dislikes

No growth in career wise or no learning for new technologies,Salary hike is too pathetic only who joined laterals will have good offer later no need to expect hike in company.

Very good company for freshers. But in this company there's lack of proper development work. Usually employees will get support kind of work. Everybody are nice and will help in gaining knowledge. There's no proper strict dress code here. Environment is cool. But benefits for the employees is very less. Hike will be given is very less. Even the bonus will be less here.

...early hike is around 2% promotion would be 5%. Could change based on Leadership. For all employees benefits creation there would be deductions from Employees salary.

I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. Tried connecting with recruiter multiple times but unable to get any response via mail or call. It’s really frustrating. I don’t understand whether to think it as a reject or select.
