I have overall 1+ year experience in NTT Data. My manager forces us to do overtime and weekends but they didn't paid for that. I won't say all projects are like this. Some of the projects which I know went smoothly with without working overtime and weekends.

...gh Payment , Aim to Join in NTT DATA . I Can assure u will have great time here. WFH is the main aspect that every employee should consider and It works like Product based Company with all Perks If you have less or high package variation compare to other org's , Consider NTT without any doubt

Job security is superb, if you are willing to learn, lot of oppurtunities are available and my Team lead was very supportive

Salary hikes are very pathetic, rating is not at all appreciable, nobody recognises your work

women employees will be Treated with extra care and balancing work life and family will be easy. Very flexible sometimes.

Dislikes

You will be given with good package while joining.But the hike percentages will be poor even for the experienced/skilled employees inside the org.though you receive appreciations,it will be completely unnoticed during appraisals. Managers promise to give you a healthy hike by setting a new objective, but hike will be less than average even after you complete the objective on time.

Only my colleagues have shown friendliness lately, which makes me feel a bit isolated.

...the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Furthermore, the organizational hierarchy is not effectively maintained, leading to job insecurity; employees are often placed on the bench without reason. Meanwhile, those who do not work honestly may receive promotions due to favoritism.
