Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.

No interface from NTT side when you are working with client on time pay salary is very good compare to market scale work life balance Mostly work from home good learning

Working for 6 years in this company work life balance is okay

Dislikes

No growth in career wise or no learning for new technologies,Salary hike is too pathetic only who joined laterals will have good offer later no need to expect hike in company.

Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. Tried connecting with recruiter multiple times but unable to get any response via mail or call. It’s really frustrating. I don’t understand whether to think it as a reject or select.
