Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Dislikes

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

Work culture and company policies are good.

Dislikes

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.

Likes

The company provides good training for fresher's and a lot of learning opportunities. It also has a global client base where being out of reflect for a long time wont be a problem.

Dislikes

growth is slow and compensation is terrible. Appraisals are a mere formality.

Learning and work environment is pretty good. However it varies from project to project. If you are lucky, you can work a project where you can learn a lot. Work life balance was mostly good. Management is reachable for concerns and generally provide an update to employees

I had a great team to work with. Good amount of onsite oppurtunities. Nice CSR activities providing an oppurtunity to interact with the people and children in society and help them by doing our part. Good seniors who provided great support and made my life comfortable in the company.

Dislikes

...st 2 years. Bad Politics in the higher management. Work life balance was worse.. I had to work very late till 1pm atleast for 5-7 days a month and that too without compensation for the overtime. No appreciation for all the hard work an employee does. This is where bad politics are strong. No hikes and no CIPs for most of the employees. The transport facilities were the worst. All the employees had to suffer badly due to very bad transport facilities. Overall not the experience an employee desires.
