No Variable pay and Apprialsal is not based on performance and every employee gets more or less same hike. Job is secured and firing are very rare. Work and life both are well balanced in support projects, not much pressure.

Dislikes

No oppertunity for certifications or career growth, Every one from Associate consultant to Solution Architect does same work and there is no clear Job description or justification for Job role,no on-site oppertunities, most of the projects are Indian projects and have to travel almost 330 days, takes oppertunity like panademic and cut salary for all employees irrespective of revenue generated by company. Management never communicates or discuss with employees even with people in Senior positions.

10 hours of shift and just one side cab service. Yearly hike and bonus is pathetic Promotion depends on your relation with your manager.

Only thing I liked compared to my old company is that these used give me bonus every year once I complete their training points.

Very worst company for the experience people and there is no growth in this company, I had joined this company in the year 2019 and until 2023 October, I was completing all the trainings and still did not get any band change and last one day HR called me and asked if I want leave the company right now or do I want to serve the notice period, I choose to serve the notice period and got the experience letter after 2 months and they were threatening me resign force fully and they gona give the 6 months salary and that's it, I told them I will wait until 60 days until I get the project but I didn't get any projects until my last day, lot of politics in the senior management.
