...d policies for employees nice work culture also overall it's good organization .They give good compensation also.

Only 1 minus point there is no growth level professionally also and personally also not so many departments and you can not learn full technology your knowledge will be limited to what you are doing.

Great place to o work.. good compensation...only one issue... The HR is nt up to the mark.. not the man of his word.. however not completely his/her fault.. management seems to interfere in HR business too.. Rest all is good and great ppace to work.

3 months notice period is very long period. At least 1.5 months is best for my opinion.

The company is way to good for any freshers, they help you to with there trainings and motivates you to step up to learn teachmology. They provide various learning platforms as well. You don't have to think about job security over here you can easily trust this company for that, unless and until you have done something really wrong. Work culture is good , some or the other activity goes on in office management is OK I can say. Work life balance is good as we have that flexibility to work in rotational shift and HR's and Team leads and Managers are nice people. Company policies is again OK as we don't have much as an shift and travelling allowances other than that it is good.

There was nothing much to dislike, other than pantry area I have seen cockroaches on the coffee machine and mosqitoes in the working NOC.

Company has implemented 100% WFH, they have allowed all employee to avail and reimburse internet as well mobile bills. Gave all the employees well configured laptops. As well ensure all the employees are safe. 100% job security. NTT planned very well this pandemic situation. Managers are very supportive. Overall good experience of NTT.
