NGSL is a good company no doubt, it pays salary on time, but the biggest problem is that the company gives good increment to the old KPS staff but does not give good increment to its own retained staff, and the KPS staff has formed their own team within the company and whatever is said happens, NGSL staff has no value and the old staff treats the NGSL retained staff like helpers, Head Office HR does not get to know whether my retained staff is happy or not, that why the new staff leaves the job
