Presently management only believed who is reporting front of Japanese. it's sometime created communication gaps, Opportunity should be give to Skill & Subject related person.Here management system standards & roles not good. every year it's changed, it's affected to employees growth. Should be follow to Indian Automotive standards. Management treat equality for all employees.

Some employees play politics because they don't want to see your progress therefore they try to spread rumour or try to pull you down because after learn machines and skill you rule them.

Covid - 19 supporting in our company is ok.but not support in employee and works in contact basic.many poor people are working in company not permanent employee in Ntn company.management is poor.

Not employee in contract basic people many year working and educated and well trained people.
