There's nothing much that dislikes working in NSV in particular. But I feel that NSV should have to provide more various certification courses for their employees. Also have to look into the employee's skills and enhance them.

Nothing at all for dislike, My Suggestion While I value my time at NSV in the manufacturing department, one area I feel could be enhanced is the provision of training opportunities. Specifically, I believe the company would greatly benefit from offering ISO training and certification courses in Lean Six Sigma and its tools. By investing in these training programs, NSV can foster a culture of continuous improvement, equipping its workforce with the skills necessary for excellence in the medical device industry. I believe such initiatives would not only enhance individual capabilities but also contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of the company.

Poor Office politics , if you raise the voice again wrong things, Some senior management force to resign or terminate from position , poor job security.Irony is that all QMS activities testing run without Quality team.
