Applied for the position "Project Manager" via LinkedIn, cleared two rounds of interviews and been offered for the position. After joining I came to know that there is not PM role at this organization, and I was asked to take up the Operations Manager role with the team of 22. Later a month I was continuously been mocked by the COO and CEO for not performing the given role and been forced to drop my papers.

Everything, No PF provided will be provided, Mainly AVP H is backed by co-founder so he is playing with company future, in 2 months 96% of employees will be coming out. Only ceo,2 coo and AVP will be staying in that company, Heard that company has been sold out to investor I felt very bad for the buyer RIP in Advance Mamae.
