Salary date is not fixed , very late Sometime skip the salary for any month,they will never happen again. HR is completely favour to top management Work culture is too bad Working pressure is very high Very less man power in staff & shop floor Poltics is also there Not given any increment

It's good company but the management is not enough,staff is good for work culture but future growth is poor, overall it's good for lerning and increasing the knowledge

Material management so poor as well safety is not available,salary is one of biggest issue not got on time, housekeeping so bad

Salary not on time, payment issues, No proper facility in the plant for staff. Nepotism in managerial posts. very poor salary structure of workers. lack of professionals.

NSSL is MNC group and has company culture for skill development. NSSL involve many product manufacturers and it is 2nd big valve manufacturer

NSSL employees suffer some kind of salary issues. but that not fix they flactuated as per facilities.

.... There is no value of skills & knowledge. There is value for charcha giri only. No fixed time of salary, we was received salary 5-6 months late. After resignation there is no guarantee of your full & final. Till now I do not receive my graduati. My PC account is till unpaid. I do not received my pending salary of 6 months.

Dislikes

There is more partiality, casteism, chamachagiri. Your performance is countable only on above factors. There is no scope of upgradation for the lower caste employee.
