Ltd.: 1. **Immediate acceptance of my resignation and full clearance of my pending dues, including salary and any other benefits.** 2. **A formal written apology from the individuals involved in the harassment and defamation.** 3. **Necessary disciplinary action against the individuals responsible for harassment, threats, and intimidation.** 4. **Compensation for the mental distress and damages caused due to a hostile work environment.** 5. **A formal assurance that my professional reputation will not be further damaged and that no false reports will be filed against me.** Failure to address my demands within **seven (2) days** of receiving this notice will leave me with no option but to initiate legal proceedings against your organization and the responsible individuals for workplace harassment, defamation, and mental distress. I reserve all rights to escalate this matter before appropriate legal forums, including labor courts and human rights commissions. I expect an acknowledgment of this notice at the earliest. One of the Worst company and fraud company, no moral values, no minimal values, no salaries in time and no hikes,in the covid time they work with employees and given the salaries, and the most worst education system in both CBSE and State syllabus schools, students blindly learn subject.... As per the IT department one worst fellow as a Manager Mr.Mxxxx he did't respect to the IT Engineers, at least he didn't ask employees problems and minimal requirements.as well as worst HOD also.

company will deduct amount from salary if u not show the complete 9 working hours, if u went early 1 or 2 seconds also they will deduct the amount.

...loyee who working hard. Company only running on Narayana brand nothing else. In lockdown they deduct the salary without prior information even after dropping several mail to all level there's no sinlge satisfactory reply from HR or Mngt. Mr. puneet kothapa(CEO) taking advantage of lockdown, and stopped the salary without any infor and when we ask yo give in written he denied and ask to stay without salary or leave, we wil not pay or nor giving any written.
