They will give good hike comparing to other market, nothing is there to tell about good

No job security, Too much toxic environment, not oriented system, micro management, regional bias,don't care about others life.no ethics no feelings. Attrition rate is too high due to next level politics

Overall, the operations/development department is good.

Dislikes

I joined the IT support function where no one could sustain for more than 6 months. The IT support department is being run by a corrupt director who is always focus on his commission in procurement and a manager who doesn't know how an IT support department works. HR and HR policies are another worst part. They won't listen to you.

Likes

Nsight has taken good precautions for the safety of employees and followed all the guidelines given by government and WHO.

Dislikes

Have to more focus on HR policies and employee's should be given more flexibility to show their skills and talent which will be best to represent Nsight. Main problem is Mangers have managing skills but surely lack behind with leadership skills. Due to which they will be in dilemma to accept any challenges.
