a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Expect absolutely no promotion even if you work hard When comes to salary, they will make you feel like they are having pitty on you by providing salary Abusive seniors and they will force you to resign by hook or by crook if you fail to entertain their work demands Do not expect to work on the job roles you were hired for, you will be given every work except your area and you will be appraised on that.

There is nothing to like about NSHM udaan skills, only the brand name is the good thing which is given by knowledge campus.

Dislikes

...han a year, when I have served 15 days of notice period, they didn’t pay my 1.5 months of salary. They didn’t even provide me the release letter. They always do unethical things. I want my salary for the 1.5 months of my service.

Most worst experience working with such cheap company, president level is having poor knowledge in Opetation that's why none can stay more than 1/2 months. Suggesting all not to join such inferior company ever.
