Provides great job security for performing team members, work culture was good. Top Management is accessible. Many of the team members are generally productive and good human beings.

... best, most of the time during my tenure with NSHM, appraisals were always late. Arrears in salary increments are not paid in due time. Salary is always late (4 to 6 months). Full and final settlements are cleared around 6 months to 1 year. Finance team members are terrible. You would have to literally beg for your salary and finances. Top Management is not clear in their plans and actions. Portal heads are ineffective and "Yes"-men. This place was once a great place to work, always felt like family. Now it has a toxic environment. Chances of revival are relatively none. Avoid joining this organisation at all costs.

Only the salary structure is good. Except this nothing here is positive

Dislikes

If there is one dislike one can figure out. A person have to ask for salary and even that too you will be given an excuse that you have to apply for advance, from your due salary. Everyone starting from Top management to the HRs , Accounts people will tell you to truth about the payment. Salary is even made after 5 months. They used to get notices from the local authorities like Corporation tax (a notice is being pasted by the authority), CESC for not paying their dues. There are so many accuses against them that one will forget to count.

So many dislikes that you cannot choose one. Salary payment is a terrible issue. It is kept due for 3, 4 months and even more. Top management is not at all bothered about the staffs. Duration of a staff is not more than one year and in this way they keep rotate staff. One will feel the heat of the salary from the 2nd month onwards. All the top management will give you false assurance about salary and nothing happens. They are just after getting admission of students by hook or crook. HR is nothing but the spokesperson of the Chairman.

...xic work culture. People working here are are great politicians and are harmful. There is no proper system for salary slip. The salary never goes on time it is generally 1-2 months late. The management is also partial.

...n the same position all their life. There is no appreciation for the job you do. Salary is never on time. The HR team is so slow and inactive. The finance team does not know what they are doing. The sales team is always trying to pull each other down. The management is extremely partial.

Salary payment is done quarterly or even later. Financial condition of the organisation is in a terrible shape. Career will be ruined

Dislikes

Management of the college is worthless. No work culture. No one from the management will tell you the truth but everybody pretends to be busy.
