Yes it was a great experience working as a fresher, with a experience of 3yrs 3 months as a Associate Test Analyst. I got the opportunity to work on Manual testing and automation testing as well to work with the client BANK OF AMERICA.

Dislikes

The Salary and benefits, lacking in time management for project delivery lead to pressure in delivering task working for extra hrs in offices, working on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Very toxic work culture, a lot of office politics, no care for the employee, no salary hike from last 2 years, also no bonus, additionaly you may need to work on Sunday as well that to without extra pay, also have to work 2-3 hr extra with no OVERTIME payment, worst company to be in especially for developers and testers, best company for hr if you are applying for HR role, it's the best company go for it 👍

...s no work culture. If client ask anything we have to give without any questions. They will remove from company if they will not received salary from client. 9 hrs compulsory you have to work if not they will deduct from salary. In the covid they have removed forcefully many of friends from the company. If you are on client side, they will forget you as the employee and client (NSE) treat as you like slave.

Poor Management, work life balance gone worst , Top management Don't want listen anything from ground team, No hike, RM and TMs are very rudely behaves, Senior Management were very arrogant, The toxic politics always there in office like Kolkata Regional Office, RM don't want to listen anything from any one, at the end only things happen what RM of Eastern Region wants, No one have any control over RM of East, The employees who were truly dedicated and hard working were not get promotion at all, and the employees who were in good book of RM will promoted, unfairness and less of Transparent and harassment to employees are the main focus of East RM. And HR team always supported to TMs and RMs so the complain of Ground team is not entertaining at all. The Management is very Corrupted and always playing Unethical blame games. Only buttering is the only way to get promotion in NSEIT, Pays were the less than from current market price. And No growth in this company.
