Very toxic work culture, a lot of office politics, no care for the employee, no salary hike from last 2 years, also no bonus, additionaly you may need to work on Sunday as well that to without extra pay, also have to work 2-3 hr extra with no OVERTIME payment, worst company to be in especially for developers and testers, best company for hr if you are applying for HR role, it's the best company go for it 👍

There is nothing specific but only one thing I felt bad that they hire a new employee with the higher package with the same experience that the current employee has instead of that they might have increased current employee package.

Likes

Reimbursement for NCFM certification is given. Extra working hours policy provides some compensation but not that much lucrative. No limit for Leave encashment. Training on variety of skills set is conducted

Dislikes

Less salary hike. Communication from NSEIT should improve for client side deployed employees.

Flexible hours. Good learning and skill development opportunities. Very good compensation.

Dislikes

There aren't enough projects and most of them are in POC phases so the resources don't get a stable project to work with. So for some the project changes after every 3 to 4 months which is disastrous when it comes to getting domain knowledge. Poor increments.

Nothing to say good about company only one thing you will receive salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no growth in this company. No one appreciate your effort. Company only want money from vendor. Lots of politics and management doesn't address employees issue.
