...was a fresher.. and I had 2 years of bond here... I was placed at client side... Salary was good at start, you will get other facilities as medical claim and other benefits. Overall a good company with job security

You have a bond Other facilities are good but there is no growth in salary. Not much growth in improving skills

Very toxic work culture, a lot of office politics, no care for the employee, no salary hike from last 2 years, also no bonus, additionaly you may need to work on Sunday as well that to without extra pay, also have to work 2-3 hr extra with no OVERTIME payment, worst company to be in especially for developers and testers, best company for hr if you are applying for HR role, it's the best company go for it 👍

If you settle in this company, you will not leave it.

Dislikes

...s no work culture. If client ask anything we have to give without any questions. They will remove from company if they will not received salary from client. 9 hrs compulsory you have to work if not they will deduct from salary. In the covid they have removed forcefully many of friends from the company. If you are on client side, they will forget you as the employee and client (NSE) treat as you like slave.

They don’t have any thing to be liked. Only one thing is that they pay for extra hour working and if you are working in saturday, then also they pay for it

Dislikes

If you are joining nseit then work only for nseit, never work as a vendor to NSE. No one will ever pay attention to you.. specially in trading projects. Client company will only try to dominate you. They will never allow you to grow.. so its better you work for your company rather than working for client
