I regret to say that my experience with NDML was not entirely satisfactory, and there are several areas where improvement is needed. 1. Lack of Project Understanding. The company's understanding of projects often fell short, leading to miscommunication and delivery of the project. 2. Outdated knowledge and methodologies. Unfortunately I observed that some long tenured seniors lacked updated knowledge and familiarity with modern methodologies. 3. Need for continious learning. 4. Support for Skill enhancement. 5. While leaving the company, I did not have an opportunity for an exit interview with SVP and MD, despite having multiple projects single handedly. An exit interview have provided valuable feedback for both parties. 6. knowledge gap at Senior levels. 7. MD and SVP need enhanced communications.

Very slow growth, no new learning, Top management are not at all active in dealing with clientsets. Client interaction is only with mid management... Most of the company benefits are only for top management

You get hands on experience on many technologies. Good company for beginners, if they want to learn more.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Appraisal is worst. There is no work culture. If you joined as a third party payroll then you will be treated as a slave. Bosses will be shouting on you for silly mistakes.
