Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Having good teammates and along with good communication about trouble shoots

The company having new technology tunnel boring machine for tunneling first introduced in india at that Andhrapradesh irrigation project at dornala and we have good communication with Germany engineers and good technology in cranes FC drives and 33 kv line and over all new technology
