...ill make myself feel touched with this organisation and the people works here, But I'm upset with salary distributions and the bad behavior of higher management.I desire for a grow and i feel somewhere suppressed when it comes to the salary point of view.It's not easy to move but I really need a pie-growth.

Well.......There is nothing to include about the values!! But ,if there is a concern than i would like to share a feedback regarding food or the canteen decorum which should have some improvisations in it.

I would say it is terrible yo worl with NSB . if you are working with NSB there is no security of your job also you will not get your salary until you will not request. I had resigned a year back I still did not get my salary . Even you will be not getting documents .

...Mission and Vision of the organization is employee victimization and harassment. Does not pay salary on time. In the name of salary they just provide you some kind of chillar. False commitments are made at the time of payout day. So called operations managers, Assistant Managers, HR head and VPs are frauds and cheats. Most probably the HR Monika vaish, mastermind of everything. This organization has spoiled the carrier of several employees. No growth and only nasty internal politics.

The company was very strict about work.team leaders are very punctual about timings and dedication throughout the work.I have learnt some new techniques from the the team leader.

They don't gave much bonus.

it's totally fake company they did not provide salary properly and also did not give certain pay slips and relieving letters worst manegement I have never ever seen Ex :- Some employees did not get salary even they worked two are more months
