Motivational environment is zero. I joined company 12 feb 2018 still i havn't got the additional benefits like PF and ESI where on my offer letter there mentioned after six months will get the benefits. May be later got that. "Company should maintain the policy and benefits to the employee" Field is the first genertor income of the company. Dislike company offer letter..

As a result, I get to learn various type of job dependent on client's & I have to attend client calls. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work highly collaboration.
