NRP projects is a very good company in all the aspects especially for job security. If we are doing our duty there is no worries about job security. And regarding work culture its a very good work culture i have attained in NRP. Even my team is like my family. About management very good management in my company, good support for the employee, good facilities provided for the employee. Especially for safety dept. Good support from the management for safety events and everything. Good place to improve our skills, knowledge, innovative etc. We will take more additional responsiblity. NRP makes everyone responsible person in their life.Overall NRP is like a heaven.
