NRI VISION CARE NOT GIVEN SALARY AND EXPENSES TO FIELD FORCE. COMPANIES MOTIVES WORK BY WITHOUT REMUNERATION AND COLLECT MONEY FROM STOCKIST. COMPANY IS FULL CHEATER AND FRAUD. SANJAY OJHA IS NSM OF NRI VISION CARE SHAMELESS CHEATER FRAUD NOT RECEIVED PHONE NOT RESPONSE MAIL AND WHAT'S APP. SANJAY OJHA IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NSM, HE IS VERY VERY WORST PERSON. MD DON'T KEEP TALKING.

Fraud cheater Company. Not given Salary Expense to field force after work. Companies tendency Withdrawing money from the stockist from the market without paying the field force. Management of NRI VISION CARE is 3rd class very very WORST. Md is cheater, NSM SANJAY OJHA IS BOGUS UNCULTURED SHAMELESS. Don't join here further. Anybody facing SANJAY OJHA don't accept him.

They didn't support me..as I expect that in this pandemic hard time I will get my take home salary but I didn't get any financial services from April 2020 to till now and also they decided to withdraw their company from Assam zone ,they made so many people from Assam jobless..now I m searching for a job.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
