I have learnt so many things and working as Engineer helps me a lot in my career. I have learnt and examined so many technologies 2G,3G & 4G. Besides, all the softwares related to it's technology and troubleshooting.

...vt.Lmt(telecom) to run 99% good signal in order to do that you need 100% effort. The strength that you put through (up time signal) doesn't match the pay role.

Only one thing I can positive is lots of travel to different place for Tower installation and tower maintaince .

...ity, no hike ,tons of travel (good for bachelor ) and not good work environment. No timely salary will be credited . Just in one line I will say (If I have only one offer in hand and that too NR Switch, i am gonna never going to join this company ..never)

Good work life balance is maintained while working here,Good quality of work is managed here Good Clientele,Good penetration of clients in Telecom -Stable company since 1995 with Head office -Kota,250 cr turnovr,Salaries credited between 10-12th of every month, 1500 internal employees & 4000 Resource Count on NR Payroll,No late sitting,No unnecessary impabalance of work like,No toxic culture,Well led company with good with good culture & professionalism

Salary should be credited on 7th ,Saturday should not be made working in Metro City

Work pressure is not high comparison to other in working hours

... skills working environment is not good .appraisal is not done in term period . basic salary is very less compared to other companies.

Worst HR I have ever worked with, even post 4 months they keep asking for same documents you have already submitted. If you resign you have to serve notice if they release you they don't follow any rules.
