They can fire you without any reason. In my team they had fired 8 people's within 8-9 months. I had acholived 3 quarter target within a month and my appraisal time I said salary should be increase but by boss not leasen me and he had put in PIP, and suddenly I full fill the PIP as well but they fire me without any notice.

All the reviews here are fake .. Never seen an organisation like this where employees are treated very badly .very strict timing.. so much politics..no perks and benefits at all...work pressure is too much .

NR Consulting is a really good at what it does and cares a lot about its purpose. People who work there feel like they're part of a team and that their opinions matter. Sunakshi has been very professional right from the start of my journey and onboarding. she is very resourceful and always available to help. She has been quite outstanding in clearly explaining about various things as far as onboarding is concerned. She has always given enough time for me to arrange all the necessary documents and other requisites. Sonali has been very active and helpful throughout the onboarding process, be it clarification with regard to any queries or helping to update any forms or updating any links. She has clear understanding of all the requirements and the source to obtain any such information. She has been guiding me at every step all this while. She has followed up diligently and always responsive.

The team, especially Sromona and Komal, at NR Consulting was very responsive, promptly addressing my queries and clarifying any doubts I had. I appreciate the guidance and preparation tips offered by them, which were very relevant and helpful for my interviews with Mphasis

Dislikes

If possible, it would be beneficial to streamline the document submission requirements and provide a clear checklist at the beginning of the process. This would avoid last-minute submissions and improve the onboarding flow.
