...j admi hai sab Engineer se gaali se baat karta hai aur management sab jante huye bhi koi action nahi let hai Salary ka koi time nahi hai abhi 3 month se salary nahi aayi hai

Fraud and cheap company.Policy of company try to cheat employee and take more work with zero appraisal. Management listen only rumors of those employees who did not work or sleep whole day. None care or working employees.

Dislikes

Blind Management, working time not fixed and worked from 8 am to 1 pm for those employees who works and other sleep whole day and enjoy because management is blind and not see which employee are working for them and which are cheat them. No benefits of any appraisal.

maine iss company me 1 year kaam kiya hai bahut hi bura experiace raha hai isme iss comapny ka PM Krisna Gopal bahut hi Riswat khor Aadmi hai apne upar ki kamayi ke liye empolyee ko targate kar ke terminat karwa deta hai. aur managment pm ke bare me sab kuch jante huye koi action nahi leta hai. last 3 month me almost 500 employee ne job join kiya aur 1 month ya 1 week ke andar hi company se chood diya hai. no any HR or Employee policy in this company.

Koi rule police nahi hai company ka is company ka pm gopal krishna bahut hi battmij aadmi jai employee se gaali se baat karta hai aur contract se riswat le ke Engineer ko fasa kar terminate karwa deta hai very very bad company isko black list karawa do Engineer ka sosad karta hai

Nr construction is not company, it's a proprietary firm, treatment and Facilities are very poor and bad situation
