Unskillefull Employee in all the department. No any learning Lots of communication gap between Marketing team to H.O Top management is do not take any responsibleiltie seriously. Working culture is 3rd class. No promotion No increment. Heartily I request do not join This organization at any how.

They don't pay the F&F to employees. Bonus, TADA, Increment and Arrears are always delayed by 6 months at least. Such a Pathetic company when it comes to paying remuneration and takcare of the employees. They only want to exploit the employees by getting 5 peoples work from one person

Friendly environment, you can gather great knowledge regarding a to z of plant.

Very difficult to connect with HR. Have to work multiple departments including Sunday, if you are in quality dipartment then you have to keep an eye to Blending with DM plant. And end the year you will get a lollipop.

Nothing to like about.. nightmare for anyone.... It is better to be unemployed than joining this company.... It is just printing money for the top management only... Other employees don't get pay on time... in simple words "worse than worst". After leaving the company, you won't get any experience letter or relieving letter
