I'm here Npcc working before 6 years old offshore and onshore company is very good but selry is very small and offshore rotation no good some people any time going offshore and some people 6 to 8 stend by nod based plz sir this rule change All employees is Npcc no difference All Rijek Allah give. I love Npcc 💕

My 6 years experience in the offshore. Npcc good company but offshore development is very bad some people any time going offshore and some people any time stend by nod based 6 ya 8 months here stend by no offshore salary is very small to mach problem After no going offshore. Please 🙏 sir this rules is cheng Al employees Npcc not Another company same looking All people.

Rigid structure, approval process takes forever as approvals needs to be secured from Abu Dhabi NPCC organization couple that with incompetent head of departments you got a recipe for disaster, HR is the most hopeless and worthless discipline in the organization they outright behave rude with employees. Office politics is sky high as no employee is interested in working rather gossiping and fault finding, no employee development initiatives, totally a directionless organization which should be avoided at all costs.

As a Lead, you are given freedom to take decisions & voice your opinions. Continuous work & projects are there throughout the year. No politics at all in dept.

Dislikes

The pressure & system of work being imposed by NPCC Abu Dhabi, main office. Schedules are always preponed in projects & decisions are being taken without informing NEL Mumbai office.

Bus facility is good. Office location is good. Office timing is also good 8:15am to 5:15pm

Dislikes

Regional culture and politics are there. You will not get the enough time to learn. If you are freshers then it will be good for you to learn offshore. Intermediate level only force to give production on time. HR people are working slowly. Not much facility is there expect bus facility.
