I like how they lie about their company culture in the first place. And then show their actual culture which is equivalent to burning in hell.

Dislikes

- Won't pay you extra if you work 7 days a week, work overtime or over achieve the targets - But on contrary will deduct payment when you take one leave for exam after working on Sunday. - Will deduct payment when they feel like you are not working even after over achieving the targets. - Will pay you for half day if you don't attend the day end meeting which happens after the working hours. - They claim that they pay incentives after 90 days but they won't pay a single penny as they can't pay the base salary only. Which is fixed. And when you claim they'll give you hundred excuses. - they'll tell you that you'll get your payment tomorrow. But their tomorrow never comes.

I have been working here since 7 months , and it's been a progressive career for me here , everything is so well balanced , that it affects our personal and professional growth positively.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the organisation, because i feel the organisation which keeps their employees on priority are the best ones and NowIntern exactly does the same.

1) Culture in amazing, Seniors are much supportive 2) They have an organized training model for us to understand the company 3) Founder is himself available for guidance 4) Team Management is good & managers here are also helpful

It has the most wonderful working environment with incredibly helpful and friendly staff .it provides remarkable opportunities with distinctive support and guidance to it’s workers all the time . I had an amazing experience during my internship.
